As part of every registration application, clients are required to sign and embrace the Right to a Positive Learning Environment document. We understand that in order for positive change to occur, an individual, whether they are 3 or 53, must feel absolutely emotionally and physically SAFE. Outwardly supporting, encouraging, and applauding one another's efforts is required, while constructive critques lay the foundation for improvement. No belittling of any kind, joking or not, is ever allowed. As a result, a multi-generational environment of children and adults learn to fail with smiles on their faces, as they take chances that build true character, and even better people.
